The new ultra luxury villa built in 2023 is a villa with 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms are en-suite in the MARAŞ district of Dalyan, just a 10-minute walk from the center, the Dalyan River and Bar Street. As you walk towards the center, you will find many shops and restaurants along the way. The Saturday market is approximately 20-25 minutes away from the villa. It can accommodate 12 people.

Villa Lotus is an ideal option for families or groups of friends: spacious rooms - all en-suite and all rooms have air conditioning, and our triplex Villa has WI-FI internet. In the 500 m2 stylish and well-maintained garden, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large, completely sun-protected veranda. Here, there are comfortable and modern seating groups and separate dining tables for 10 people in total. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is 1.50 m. There are cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for the use of guests. A pleasant and unforgettable holiday awaits you.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company's laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.

An extra damage deposit of 229 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
