VILLA APEL

Our villa, located in the center of Muğla Dalyan, is located in a large garden. Our duplex villa, which has a simple and stylish design, has a large salt pool. 

There is a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver and dining table in the living room. It has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. There is 1 shared bathroom in the living room. While there is a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and 1 room with en-suite bathroom on the lower floor, there are 3 bedrooms on the second floor.

1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Pool: 10x5 m2 in size, 150cm deep and sheltered from being visible from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is on a very large plot of 600 m2 and in its large garden; There are pomegranate and lemon trees. All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. On the other hand, the possibility of pests and insects being present in villas in such a location may be higher than in villas in a central location.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

An extra damage deposit of 4.741 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
