VILLA AŞNAZ

It is located in Ortaca/Dalyan, one of the tourist resorts of Muğla. All bedrooms of our villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Our villa is furnished to suit your taste and comfort, and since it has a large and lush garden, it is very suitable for both families with children and large groups.

NOTE: Minimum rental is 5 nights. For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 1000 TL is required.
NOTE: During public holidays, the shortest stay is usually 5 nights.

Bedrooms
1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom-WC.
2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom-WC.
3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom-WC.

Clean bed linen and towel sets are available in the bedrooms.

Kitchen
It has a luxurious and large kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. Everything in our kitchen has been thought of for you. In addition, if there is anything missing during the holiday, it will be supplied as soon as possible if you let us know.

Capacity
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6-7 people.

Our lounge has a comfortable, high-quality seating area, air conditioning, LCD and satellite receiver, and access to the pool and garden.

Internet
Wireless unlimited wi-fi is available.

Air Conditioning
There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Cleaning and Linen
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can wash it yourself, but you will need extra new clean sheets, pillow cases, etc. If you request, we can provide it for a fee.

Pool
There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: 8mx5m. Depth: 1.5M.

Important Information
Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance from the attendant looking after our villa in case of any need for assistance during the holiday, etc. is included in the price. Flight ticket, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, bed linen etc. holiday and health insurance etc. It is not included in our prices. Our customer who rents our villa is deemed to have previously accepted the Rental Conditions specified on the website www.dalyanholiday.com.

Deposit
2500 TL or equivalent foreign currency is broken, lost, damaged, lost, etc. Entrance to the villa is also taken as a deposit by the authorized person. If there is no problem, the amount you paid at check-out time will be delivered back to you in our Dalyan Ortaca summer rental villa.


IMPORTANT NOTE: In all villas located in nature, in the surroundings; butterfly, insect, ant, fly etc. There is a possibility that it will be found, this is quite natural.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10.00 in the morning on the last day. Cleaning is done in the interim period. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the entry and exit times to avoid any difficult situations.

An extra damage deposit of 2.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
