Our villa, which was completed in 2023; tastefully and carefully furnished, has a maximum capacity of 11 people, and has a total of four bedrooms. Our villa, located in Dalyan, Muğla, is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dinner set for 11 people and all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday. There is a seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver and dining table in the living room. It has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms.

1. Bedroom:1 double bed, 1 single bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Pool: 9x4 m, depth 150 cm and sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside. There is a children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is in a very large plot of 500 m2 and in its large garden; There is a pergola among palm, orange and lemon trees and bougainvillea. All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa.

Damage Deposit: It is returned in case of no damage during the check-out.

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
