It is only a 15-minute walk from Dalyan Rock Tombs and close to Dalyan Kordon. It has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. This property is 15 minutes away from Iztuzu Beach. This accommodation facility is located 25 kilometers from Dalaman airport. Our villa, which has a children's pool, has a capacity of 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and TV. There are a total of three bedrooms on this floor. Each of the two rooms has a double bed, a bathroom and air conditioning. The third room has two single beds, a bathroom and air conditioning. There are a total of 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Each room has a double bed, a bathroom and air conditioning.
Our Villa Color 3 and Villa Color 2 villas have the same features. Only furniture colors and gardens differ from each other.

Pool: 9x5 m2, depth 150cm  and sheltered from being visible from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

An extra damage deposit of 125 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
