VILLA KARTAL

Our villa located in Muğla Ortaca is surrounded by a sheltered villa; It has a total of 5 bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

1. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, nightstand and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

Pool: 9x4.5m2 in size, 150cm deep and protected from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is 500m2 and has orange and lemon trees and bougainvilleas in its garden.

All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. However, the possibility of pests and insects in villas in such locations may be higher than in villas in central locations.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is taken at check-in. It is returned if there is no damage during the check-out.

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
