Dalyan is located in Muğla Ortaca district, which is a natural wonder consisting of lagoon system, lakes and channels decorated with reeds. It is one of the special places in Turkey with its historical ruins as well as its beauty. The Ancient City of Kaunos rising from the delta, the king's tombs adorning the slopes, and the caretta carettas laying eggs at Iztuzu Beach make Dalyan an even more special place. Our villa, located in Dalyan, Muğla, is surrounded by; There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

1. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Our duplex villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, has a living room, open kitchen, WC-shower, TV, air conditioning and one bedroom on the ground floor.

Our bedroom, located on the ground floor, has two single beds and air conditioning.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning; The third bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Pool: 7.5x 4.5 m2 in size, depth 150cm  and sheltered from being visible from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is within 750m2 and in the garden; There are orange and lemon trees and bougainvilleas.

In all our villas located in nature, insect and pest cleaning and disinfection are carried out regularly. On the other hand, the possibility of pests and insects being present in villas in such a location may be higher than in villas in a central location.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

 

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
