VILLA FASILIS 3

Located in Dalyan. Our villa with a private pool has 4 rooms. It can be rented together with our centrally located villa Fasilis 2.

Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom-WC.
2. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom-WC.
3. Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom-WC.
4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom-WC.

There are clean bed linens and towel sets in the bedrooms.

Kitchen
It has a luxurious and spacious kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinner set for 10 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. Everything in our kitchen has been thought of for you. In addition, if you inform us of any missing items during your holiday, they will be provided as soon as possible.

Capacity
The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

Living room
Our living room has a comfortable, high-quality seating group, air conditioning, LCD and satellite receiver, and exit to the pool and garden.

Internet
There is unlimited wireless wi-fi.

Air conditioning
There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Cleaning and Linen
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can do it, but if you want extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.

Pool
There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: Width: 8m, Length: 4m, Depth: 1.55m.

Important Information
Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance from the officer looking after our villa in case of any need for assistance during the holiday, etc. are included in the price. Flight tickets, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, bed covers, etc., holiday and health insurance, etc. are not included in our prices. Our customer who rents our villa is deemed to have accepted the Rental Conditions specified on the www.dalyanholiday.com website in advance.

Deposit
is taken by the authorized person as a deposit at the entrance to the villa for broken, spilled, damaged, lost, etc. If there is no problem, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our Dalyan summer rental villa at the time of departure.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All villas located in nature have the following in their surroundings: butterflies, insects, ants, flies, etc. There is a possibility of finding it, this is quite natural.
                
All our villas have a check-in time of 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. Cleaning is done in the intervening time. In order to avoid any difficult situations, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times.

 

An extra damage deposit of 4.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
