2023 Our new construction villa is located in Dalyan, Muğla. Our villa with private pool has a capacity of 8 people.

Our villa located in Dalyan, Muğla is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, tea maker, coffee machine, dinner set for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. There is a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver and dining table in the living room. It has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms.

1. Bedroom:1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Pool: 50m2 in size, 150cm deep and sheltered from being visible from the outside. There is a children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: In all of our villas, which are located on a very large land of 600 m2 and located in nature, regular insect and pest cleaning and disinfection are carried out. On the other hand, the possibility of pests and insects being present in villas in such a location may be higher than in villas in a central location.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

 

 

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
