VILLA RIVER SIDE 

Our villa is located in Dalyan, Muğla, by the lake and 1 minute walking distance to the canal. Our villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, has a total of 4 bedrooms. There is a living room, kitchen, air conditioning and TV on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and air conditioning. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have a double bed, a bathroom and air conditioning. The fourth room has two single beds, a bathroom and air conditioning.

1. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning.

4. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Pool: 11 x3.6m2 in size, depth 150cm  and sheltered from being visible from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is within 500m2 and in the garden; There are orange and lemon trees and bougainvilleas. All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. On the other hand, the possibility of pests and insects being present in villas in such a location may be higher than in villas in a central location.

An extra damage deposit of 58 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
