 Muğla Located in Dalyan. Our villa with a private pool has a capacity of 12 people.

Our villa located in Dalyan, Muğla is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker, dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchenware you may need during your holiday. There is a sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver and dining table in the living room. It has 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, open kitchen, shared WC, air conditioning, TV and one bedroom. Our first bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There are three other bedrooms on the second floor of our villa. Our three bedrooms on the second floor also have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning; Our fifth and sixth bedrooms are on our third floor, which is an attic. Our fifth bedroom has two single beds and one double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning; our sixth bedroom has one double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Pool: 50 m2 in size, 150 cm deep and protected so that it cannot be seen from the outside. There is a children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: All our villas located in a very large 600 m2 plot and surrounded by nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. However, the possibility of pests and insects in villas in such locations may be higher than in villas in central locations.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi.

An extra damage deposit is taken upon entry to the villa to be returned upon exit.

An extra damage deposit of 99 £ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
