Our villa located in Dalyan, Muğla is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchenware you may need during your holiday. There is a seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver and dining table in the living room. It has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. You can also stay in the winter months thanks to the HEATED pool. Our villa has a large garden veranda with lemon and orange trees in the garden;

1. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Pool: 50m2 in size, 150cm deep and sheltered from the outside. (Pool heating is available in winter, there is an additional daily fee of 10 pounds.) Its maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: It is located in a very large plot of 500 m2 and has a large garden; There is a pergola among palm, orange and lemon trees and bougainvilleas. All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. However, the possibility of insects and pests in villas in such locations may be higher than in villas in central locations.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned if there is no damage during the check-in at the exit.

An extra damage deposit of 4.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
